Friesland-Kabel secures a long-term cable logistics framework agreement for a prestigious project in the civil shipbuilding sector.

Challenges for the shipbuilding industry were discussed under the motto "Germany as a maritime location between geopolitics and transformation".

The Deutsche Bundesbank (German Federal Bank) has awarded Friesland-Kabel GmbH the prestigious certificate "eligible status".

Key components of the strategic reorientation are the expansion of the product range to include Prysmian's military cables (according to VG standards) and civil marine cables, as well as the internationalization strategy.

In the future, Friesland-Kabel will increasingly address the international market with an even more extensive product porftolio in the core segments of marine cables for civil and military use and onshore/offshore cables.
