When exercising this right of data portability, you also have the right to have your personal data transmitted directly from one controller to another, where technically feasible. The rights and liberties of others must not be adversely affected by this.

The right of data portability is not applicable where the processing of personal data is needed for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller.

11. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority as per GDPR section 77.1

If you suspect unlawful processing of your data on our part, you can naturally always bring about a judicial clarification of the issue.
